STILL ON IBORI

SMH......That this man was ever elected into a position of authority and responsibility is a reason for us all to be ashamed. That some are still not worried at his lack of scruples to the extent of defending him is need for psychiatric help ASAP! Now, I have never wondered at what he does and I do so hate to make generalisations but even for a sharpiro, this guy has shown severe expertise in his craft and should be nowhere near anybody's money least of all a whole state's. He has a rap-sheet that reads like that of Anini and Ali Baba before he rounded up his 40assistants to pillage and plunder, Haba! 

The guy has no scruples and has shown time and again that he is as wily and slippery as they come. This low-life had unfettered access to state funds and probably stashed a lot of it away but as his luck ran out, he has had his day in court and will probably pay the price, albeit not full price but some of it which is better than nothing. I should not worry my head about where the returned loot will end up but I do and even though I agree it should go to the deprived people of Delta, I seriously doubt that it will.

Now, to find him being arraigned with his wife, sister and mistress is comical to me. Seems those are the people a man needs to be criminal. A wife who is accommodating of a mistress so long as her needs are met and she has a share of the loot and who has stood by her man before when he fleeced Wickes where she worked. A sister who is friendly with the wife and ensures his extended family maintains their link to 'broda' regularly and disburses funds to the extended family as she sees fit. Many a relative saw her as his closest relative and had no need to meet with Ibori himself for once you saw 'Sister', she would sort you out. A mistress, a necessary accessory for a nouveau riche Ibori and his plans for the state government money...afterall, what good is money you dont work for if there's no b**** to spend it on,hmmm?

Now my take home lesson from this is a subtle indictment of our dear darling EFCC. How many of these people they make such noise and furore over arresting and getting ready to indict have actually been arrested and prosecuted and please, I am in favor of presumed innocent until found guilty but the way EFCC works it, you'd think they were presumed guilty until found innocent.....smh again. 

Again, I miss Gani, he would sue EFCC for haven let Ibori go. Where are these baby lawyers who should be cutting their teeth on such ground breaking cases to establish precedents that we can try others on sef? Oh? They are busy defending Bank...? Lobatan!
